Service Description:
Who qualifies? Mexborough Food Aware Foodbank operates as a grass-roots community service in conjunction with local partners. Food parcels are exchanged for agency referral vouchers from local organisations/agencies as follows -

Mexborough Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB)
Mexborough Children's Centre (MCC)
My Money/South Yorks Credit Union
St Leger Homes
Aspire Drugs & Alcohol Service
DMBC Stronger Families Team DMBC
Wellbeing Team
Denaby Children's Centre
Mexborough Life Church
DCST Intensive Families Team

We need to see proof of your name and address, confirmation of any benefits you receive and the reason for your need for a food parcel.

The foodbank operates every Fri between 10am and 12pm but we can arrange for an emergency food parcel to be provided by Mex Children's Centre if you qualify
