Service Description:We are an awareness raising forum of parents whose aim is to engage with as many other parents as we can to ensure we have the voice of parent carers this enables us to feed this information into decision making arenas.
We also provide support for parent carers and their families offering free advice and information on EHC plans and the process. We have produced a free EHC Information pack for parents.
We also arrange information sessions on a wide range of topics specifically for parents carers.
We hold themed events / parties for all the family as well as social outings and days out and work with Doncaster Carers Centre DPfC to hold a monthly coffee morning drop in at the centre for all parents carers.
We produce a Parent carer edition of the Doncaster Carers Newsletter twice yearly.
