About The Setting

The Burrows is a registered Day Nursery providing care for children from babies up to 4 years old. We provide care for early years funding for 2,3 and 4 year olds. We have a safe and secure outdoor area as well as cosy home corners for our children to play. All children are allocated a key worker who tracks and reports their progress to parents. Our staff are first aid trained, safeguarding trained. Children follow a high scope based plan, do, review daily routine linked to group and individual learning. The nursery promotes independence through a variety of small and large group activities.

The nursery offers a fully inclusive service where children’s individual needs are met. We have a trained Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) who can ensure that children’s needs are identified and addressed through personalised planning. We work closely with other specialist services and professionals who support children. The setting is fully accessible and there is car parking to assist with drop off and collection.
