Local Offer (SEND):Our setting is a fully inclusive setting and ensure that all children's individual needs are met. We have 3 trained SENCO's (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) who through observation and planning for individual needs ensure that children's needs are met. Some of our staff have trained in Autism, Makaton, and supporting positive behaviour strategies ADHD, Trauma training, Eklan (speech language and communication training) and other various speech and language training. We hold a communication friendly setting award from Elkan. We work alongside other professionals and specialist trained people that come into setting to support the staff and give advice and guidance to ensure that we continue to meet the children's needs. We adapted our provision and activities to support the children with additional needs. We have ramps in and out of nursery so we are fully accessible to all wheelchair and pushchair users. We have a large carpark at the front for all parents and cares to access.
