About The Setting

We are a Pre-school in Tickhill.

The Pre-School is based in a classroom within St Marys C of E school in Tickhill. We offer the choice of 9.00 until 3.30 opening times, with an optional start of 8.45am. We take children from 2yrs up to 5yrs. We can offer 2, 3 and 4yr old funding.

We are Ofsted registered and in our last inspection in 2022 we were rated OUTSTANDING.

We offer a friendly and stimulating environment and believe in catching moments of possibilities from the children's interests to build on their learning journey with us. We have a dedicated and professional team who are committed to making your child's time spent with us enjoyable and educational.

We welcome parents/carers to the partnership of pre-school education. We have lots of opportunities to visit our lovely village, including visiting the library or feeding the ducks at the duckpond. Every year we hold our Nativity in St Mary's church and invite parents, grandparents, and the community to join in with this special event.

We also run Baby groups and Parent and Toddler groups at the Northgate Community Hub in Tickhill from birth to 3. These run on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday's. Everyone is welcome, come and meet our friendly team and join in with activities and games aimed at the very young, and young at heart.
