About The Setting

Blossom Tree Day Nursery is a registered nursery and sessional care provider based at All Saints Community Centre in Woodlands (DN6 7NW). We provide care for children aged 9 months to 5 years and are registered to deliver early years funding, offering funded 15 and 30 hour places.

Children take part in a range of activities including messy play, crafts, music, story times and various other educational activities which we make fun and engaging for the children. We also have a secure outdoor play area, where children can reap the benefits of physical play and activities. Your child will be allocated a key worker who will monitor and report their progress to you.

Our staff have undertaken various training including, paediatric first aid training, safeguarding training, and other training relevant to children and young people.

Special Educational Needs / Disability Experience

Local Offer (SEND):
The nursery offers a fully inclusive service where children’s individual needs are met. We have a trained Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) who can ensure that children’s needs are identified and addressed through personalised planning. We have staff who have been portage trained and also have experience of delivering tailored interventions to support children with language development and social and emotional development support. We work closely with other specialist services and professionals who support children. The setting is fully accessible and there is car parking to assist with drop off and collection.
