I have been a primary school teacher for the past 15 years and I have thoroughly enjoyed watching children develop and progress over the years. Watching my own children grow-up so quickly before my eyes, I have made the decision to become a childminder so I can spend more time with them, whilst still using my skills and expertise to provide childcare for other working families. Working in a child centred profession I understand the importance of providing a safe, learning environment for children to flourish, whilst as a mother I understand the need to provide a home from home environment which will allow children to feel secure and happy.
